-Uru Demons-

The Uru demons are ‘the rewarded’. They were once humans, who after death in the material world, could not pass into the Realm of Light and were sentenced to the Marakai. They may have been evil in their human life, or they may have become lost or tormented souls. While in the Marakian dimension, the Uru became demons as their reward for being the complete opposite of the Beliran demons. They converted to Archonism (Archonism – to serve the Archons of the Marakian dimension), and are loyal to the Archon demons of the Marakai until their last dying breath.

The Uru have few weaknesses and many strengths, all given to them by the Archons. They have the abilities of telepathy, telekinesis, mind reading and they have the ability to fly using their wings while in demon form. The Uru are crafty and intelligent, but they are not strong like the Nephilim, nor can they possess magic or sorcery, even if they kill a Marakine demon. They simply cannot inherit power, or even learn the use of spells and magic.

Like most demons, the Uru have a demon and a human form, but their human form is much different from other demon races. They do not look at all, as they once did while human in the material world. Instead, they take on the appearance of the last person that touched them before they died in the material world. This makes it sometimes difficult to trust even the gender of any Uru demon, for it may be a male with a human female form, and vise-versa. The only way to ever truly know the gender is while they are in their demon form.

Their demon form is quite beautiful, even the males are considered more ‘beautiful’ than ‘masculine’ in most cases, but not so much so that they appear as women. They have large wings—usually black, rust-colored or dark purple—and their eyes shift to various solid colors with no whites or pupils.

Uru demons are difficult to kill, but they are not considered ‘immortal’. Poison, disease or any other sickness is utterly ineffective. They are one hundred percent immune to all such afflictions. They do grow old, but much slower than a human. The average lifespan of an Uru demon is five hundred years. One typically can be three hundred years old and only appear as though in his late thirties.
