A vampyric angel can only be created by a Fallen Angel. To do so, a vampire must be chosen by the Fallen Angel, and the Fallen Angel bestows wings upon the vampire. The newly created Vampyric Angel is then in a sense, "sired" by the Fallen Angel, and treats the Fallen Angel as such. The vampire gains the ability of flight, as well as a few angelic powers that accompanies those wings. Vampyric angels are more powerful than traditional vampires, but not as powerful as a full Angel or Fallen Angel. A Vampyric Angel does not necessarily need to feed, but may do so if it pleases them.
