-Sheoulian Demons-

The demons of Sheoul are vast and numerous. Those listed here are only a small number of the many different demon races residing within Sheoul, and throughout the world. They are chosen because they are the most common demon races within the role play.

HellSpawn

The Hell Spawn are the chief demons of Sheoul, created by Memnoch himself. Hellspawns are known for their abilities of shape-shifting, mind-control, and possession (being able to take over anther person’s body). Most Hell Spawn tend to be morbid, cocky, and sadistic. They are only known to be created by Memnoch, or another Hell Spawn that was created by him, namely Ramirez. Most Hell Spawn remain in Sheoul until they are told that they may or must leave.

A Hell Spawn can be created by another through the bite of a Hell Spawn, which taints the other being by polluting their blood stream with Hell Spawn saliva. This saliva works as a sort of poison, causing intense pain and outbursts of rage. Tainted persons will eventually die due to the poison, or turn into a Hell Spawn themselves if the Hell Spawn that tainted them wishes so.

Hell Spawn have a fetish for pain, and will experience great pleasure through the experience of pain that is either self-inflicted, or inflicted by another. Through this pain, they tend gain power. The more pain they are in, the more energy one has. The downfall of this though is that a Hell Spawn can die of blood loss. This has resulted in many Hell Spawn killing themselves self mutilation or sadistic pleasures.

Dark Muse

Dark Muses are very similar to Muses of Greek Myth. However, instead of being the inspiration of creativity, musical masterpieces, and artwork, Dark Muses are the inspiration of the Seven Deadly Sins. A Dark Muse takes the guise of a mortal human, and most of the time they are completely unaware of their status as a Dark Muse. Just as any other mortal being, a Dark Muse can be killed in the same fashion as any other human. If this were to occur, the spirit of the Dark Muse would find a new home in a new human.
