The Nephthys bloodline is of Egyptian descendent. Azeet Nephthys was one of The Six original vampires. It is believed that she lived nine hundred years before being taken by the sun.

The Nephthys bloodline is one of the largest; second largest to the Marileus bloodline. It is unknown the number of vampires of this bloodline that carry the Nephthys name, but because it is the second largest, this defines the loyalty of Azeet’s children. Very few have broken the Nephthys line to create new bloodline family names. The only known new bloodline names that came from the Nephthys are the Zura, the Moran and the Arillion.

The Nephthys are notorious for their blood thirst. They glutton themselves because it is difficult to be satisfied and because they enjoy taking life. Most of these vampires are considered evil and cold-hearted by nature. And where there is one, you can be sure that he has a ‘companion-in-crime’ close by. Nephthys vampires crave the companionship of one of their kin blood. Rarely do they seek or accept companionship in anyone else, and because they are highly jealous by nature, seldom do they take on more than one at a time.

Nephthys vampires may be evil and often kill for sport, but they are typically cool, aloof and impassive. They are not careless or reckless killers, but tend to prefer ‘the hunt’ and ‘the lure’. Most are cunning and sophisticated.

It is also true that nearly half of all Nephthys vampires worship Azeet as their goddess, though they know she was not a goddess. Today, they seek her, believing that since the Marakian dimension has been opened, she must be alive—in some form—roaming the Earth again. So far, it has proven only a belief.
