Race: Half human, Half Nomin
Parents: The story on Kali is a unique one. She is the daughter of Dizzy and Serenesta. Kali was conceived when Dizzy was Queen of Paradah and Serenesta was the Empress. For Serenesta to impregnate Dizzy they had to share a kiss, at which time Serenesta released vapors that went into Dizzy’s body.
About Kali:
It has been said on more then one occasion that Kali is mischievous and even spiteful. She was older when she met her older brother, Adrian, but what a meeting it was. At this time Kali had already gotten into a bit of trouble with a man named Soren and they ways of her mother, Serenesta started to show through. It was the Nomin blood in her and Kali used Soren just as he used her. It was after her first encounter with Soren that she met Adrian. Being the big brother that he was he tried to make her see that what she was doing wasn’t acceptable. How did she repay him? She seduced him. Or did he seduce her? It is still unknown how this happened, but it happened nonetheless. How sick is this you say? Well if they were blood brother and sisters it truly would be, but it is still disturbing. You see, Adrian was conceived by prophecy. Therefore, Dizzy was nothing but a carrier of the Kull spirit. A short time later Kali turned up pregnant. The big question is whose baby was it? The Keeper of the Gates within Paradah at that time claimed she could help and when doing so, she claimed it was Soren’s child. So with this knowledge Kali committed herself to Soren whom she had fell in love with as had he but it was a complicated relationship. Adrian had suddenly turned up missing and it was rumored that the old Kull family enemy, Cynical, had him as a prisoner. Finding this out Kali immediately set off to find him despite Soren’s strong objections. Kali did return but badly injured. For the remainder of Kali’s pregnancy she remained within Paradah, not venturing out again. She was disturbed and even hurt when Adrian let his relationship with Jade Derden, a full-blooded Nomin, and niece to Empress Serenesta, go to a higher level. It was later found out that she carried Adrian’s twins but Kali refused to let that get to her, especially with the birth of her own daughter close approaching. Kali gave birth to a very healthy little girl in which Kali and Soren named Kira. At this point in her life she had no reason to not be happy and for once she was actually content. But that wasn’t to last. Soon after the birth of Kira, Soren was killed. This left her devastated. She had lost Adrian and now Soren. She fell into a deep depression. She wouldn’t have anything to do with Kira or anyone else. Soon after this happened she left Paradah for good, leaving Kira in the care of Dizzy. She met up with Adrian once more during this time. He was residing at Hell’s Inn with Alec Kull, now known as Shin Alec. It would seem that he had agreed to help Alec despite the fact that Jade was in Paradah and carrying his babies. During this time they grew closer then they had ever been before but they never crossed the same line as they had when they were younger. Due to the Nomin blood, Kira grew rapidly, and eventually showed up at the Inn to shock Kali. After this they kept in contact, Kira even started to stay at the Inn but it wasn’t ever what a mother and daughter relationship should be. Sometime later Zallos, an enemy to the Kull’s and a Kull himself, vowed to kill all the remaining Kull’s. His first victim was Adrian, but before he killed Adrian he planted the possibility that Kira could really be his child into Adrian and Kali’s mind, as well as Kira hearing this. It was when explaining to Kira about what happened between her and Adrian that she realized that it wasn’t as bad as it had seemed, he had been created by prophecy. But it was too late, Adrian was dead and her love for him still burned strong. She was holding Adrian when he finally died from the wound. Several minutes after his death something odd happened, the body more or less evaporated into the air leaving the question, is he really dead? Only time will tell. Ever since Adrian’s death, Kali only comes around now and then, but she will be back around.....she always comes back.
