About & History:
His great
grandfather was the last scout in his family line and the first explorer. After
having his son (which grew to be Harold's father) he found a place to raise his
family and put his tracking skills to a new use, and many people would get lost
in the wilderness of the old world. Including his love. She was never found
again, it gave him the resolve for the career change.
His father took this idea and began charting nautical maps as well. He made a
simple living off of it. He disappeared with the thousands when the world was
changed forever.
Harold was 31 when that happened and has spent the last couple of years both
searching for where his father went, and charting the new world for those in
need. He, as his grandfather, has been hardened a bit by the new, harsher
environment. Taking a small crew with him for each voyage to cover as much water
in as short of time as possible. He wears his parents and grandparents rings
around his neck for protection and luck. The latter, he barely seems to lack.
