The Empire of Nevereskaya Imperial Laws are as follows. All Imperial Laws are enforced as best as possible in Nevereskayan territory and protectorates through the Military and Royal Guardsmen. Any crimes convicted by a citizen outside of Nevereskayan Territory are outside our jurisdiction, and upon return to Neverekayan Territory will be dealt with accordingly.

Reporting a Crime and Contesting a Charge

1.) Report crimes as soon as possible after crime has been committed.
2.) If possible, be knowledgeable of which laws have been broken, and their punishment.
3.) If culprit is unknown, provide as clear a description as possible.
1.) If you feel you have been falsely accused, be sure to have proof of your alibi and witnesses of your whereabouts at time in question.
2.) If an individual is proven to be falsely accused, accuser may be charged of crime accused.

 

The Imperial Law Code

Crimes are listed by severity of punishment:

Destruction of Property

Civil Punishment: Denial of military and medical aid by Neverekayan personnel for one week per incident, repeat offenders may be subject to execution.

Military Punishment: If not authorized as part of an operation term of service, Military Personnel will be subject to Martial Law, punishment to be decided by Superior in accordance with extent of the crime.

Heresy- Any individual accused of committing an act of Necromancy.

Civil Punishment: Incarceration for no less than a month for each offense.

Military Punishment: Immediate Expulsion, individual considered guilty of High Treason and treated accordingly.

Murder

Civil Punishment: Eye for an eye retribution, one execution performed on the violator for every known instance. Those with more than 10 violations are considered guilty of Treason and handled accordingly.

Military Punishment: If committed against a civilian outside of a declared war, execution for each violation and a jail sentence of two weeks for every violation.

Murder of Imperial Personnel

Civil Punishment: Two executions performed upon the violator for every known violations. Those with more than 10 violations are considered guilty of Treason and handled accordingly.

Military Punishment: Immediate Expulsion, individual considered guilty of High Treason and treated accordingly.

Rape

Civil Punishment: KOS

Military Punishment: Immediate Expulsion, KOS

Spy

Civil Punishment: KOS

Military Punishment: Immediate Expulsion, individual considered guilty of High Treason and treated accordingly. Necromantic Treason- Reviver of any criminal guilty of Treason or worse, applies to those who actively perform necromantic revival.

Civil Punishment: KOS

Military Punishment: Immediate Expulsion, individual considered guilty of High Treason and treated accordingly.

Treason- Murdering of any Nevereskayan Official or plotting the death of any Noble.

Civil Punishment: KOS

Military Punishment: Immediate Expulsion, individual considered guilty of High Treason and treated accordingly.

High Treason- Any individual or group actively seeking the destruction of the Empire of Nevereskaya, plotting the death of any Nevereskayan Noble or Official, plotting to take over the Nevereskayan Throne, Former Nevereskayan agent turned against the Empire for personal gain working to destroy the Empire.

Civil Punishment: KOS

Military Punishment: Immediate Explusion, KOS
