-Archon Demons-The Archons are the superiors of the Marakian dimension, or so it appears. They are those who keep it and more or less ‘rule over it’. Of course, there are those who are over the Archons, but the Archons are the only known rulers that travel to and from the Marakai and the material Earth. Archon demons are the most powerful demons there are—other than the Imperials and the Urandrum demons—and are not to be trifled with. Their prime duty is to the Marakai, but they often leave their duties to convert, kill, breed and even sometimes just for socialization. In demon form, an Archon typically stands ten-feet and weighs fifteen hundred pounds. They have two sets of great horns, a long, whipping tail and an enormous wingspan. In human form, an Archon blends in with the human race flawlessly. One of their most significant powers is their ability to convert others to Archonism (Archonism – to serve the Archons of the Marakian dimension). It is only in the Marakian dimension that they cannot submit others to conversion. In the Marakai, all beings have a choice, but in the material world, the Archons are a force to be reckoned. The only known beings in the material world that the Archons are ‘willingly’ inferior to are the Marakian Empress’. But this is not to say that the Empress’ are more powerful than they are; quite the contrary. They are loyal and submissive to the Empress’ because they know they are above them in rank. Archon demons possess the abilities of Grand Illusion, summoning, mind control, supernatural strength, flight, conversion and source stealing. The source-stealing and conversion abilities alone make them superior. An Archon can reach into the mind of a victim with his hands—only in demon form—and steal the source of that person’s powers. Once in possession of their new power, they can use that power immediately, and it does not have to be learned. Archons fear nothing, but they are reluctant to cross a Fallen Angel. They are in no way ‘afraid’ of them, but like most beings, the Archons know when there is a great possibility they can be defeated. There has been an everlasting ‘grudge’ between the Archons and the Fallen Angels. Fallen Angels are the only beings that cannot—under any circumstance—be converted. In addition, all Archonic powers are useless against a Fallen Angel. But the Fallen Angels are just as reluctant to cross the Archons, as the Archons are them. The rivals simply stay away from one another when possible. The Archons and the Fallen hate one another, and have been at war since the angels fell and the Archons were created as their eternal adversaries. © Copyright 2006 - 2009 J.A.
