Solania Yseult is Empress Nicia Madelhari’s only confidant within the Marakian Dimension and despite being nineteen, which many would consider being still a child, she is a very wise and well rounded person who is calm in nature. Contrary to what many say, Solania isn’t any ordinary human. She is also an Arcane Alchemist who specializes in elixirs, draughts, and toxins.
Despite her hate for politics, she was approached and ordered to make her skills useful to the Empire. Solania saw this is a chance to get paid to do what she loves. It was getting hard for her to continue financing her experiments due to the exotic ingredients that she needed were far too expensive for her to afford. So now, not only does she get paid well to provide her services, she is also given everything she needs.
Solania doesn’t express her views or feelings on the politics and the wars, merely does her job without any arguments. She gets paid well to do her job to the best of her ability and keep her personal opinion to herself. One of the conditions of her potition was that she would no longer be able to have any contact with her family, which consists of her parents, and a younger sister. The information entrusted to Solania is very important to the Marakian Dimension, and so this was a requirement upon her entering the position. 
While this was an extremely difficult decision for her to make, she saw it as an opportunity to better herself and help provide well for her fami
ly. She makes sure they are well taken care of and are looked after on a regular basis.
The same goes for her personal life, she isn’t allowed to have one. The only people that she is to have any dealings with are the Empress’s and whomever they tell her to speak with. So, there isn’t anyone that knows her on a personal level, and many think she is strange because of her lack of communication with others. If they only knew….
