Nicia Madelhari was born and raised in the Marakian Dimension. Like her half-sister, Empress Perseis Castalia, she is without any other family. Although they are half-sisters, there is truly no love loss between the two. While their overall goals for the Marakian Dimension are similar, the two are like day and night and their personalities clash leading to a deep loathing between the two.
Perseis is strictly about war, and respectfully so, but Nicia is more about insuring the Empire is running smoothly and that there isn’t any threat from the people within. Together the two run the Marakian Dimension with a fearless grace that has aided them in a political stance that demands nothing but respect.
Nicia is a fallen angel, and like many fallen angels, she has limited powers that took her years to perfect and use as they should be used instead of for her own amusement.
Beyond being Empress, Nicia is known for her horrendous jokes and cruelty towards enemies and her own people, when called for, and often times forces them to endure days upon days of endless torture, which she is the one doing most of.
Nicia’s moods are unpredictable. One day she will go about the lands to speak with the people, but other days she won’t even speak to her half-sister. She is well known for locking herself in her quarters for days, allowing no one entrance except for one person, her confidante, Solania Yseult.
As for Nicia’s past, there isn’t much known about it. She doesn’t open up to many people, but there is speculation that she has a volatile relationship with a high ranking official in the military. Again, this is just speculation, and only she knows the truth.
Despite the fact that deceit and deception goes along with war, Nicia is honest, which throws many off. Nicia takes particular interest in finding out about the people behind the wars and all of the strategies. She finds this knowledge to be beneficial and intriguing. Similar to the arts, just a lot more bloody and brutal. Together, she and Empress Castalia lead the Marakian Dimension to all of its glory.
Empress Nicia Madelhari was executed at the command of the citizens of Deshu, after having committed treason by reportedly abandoning her throne. She was succeeded by Radu Haji.
