The Illimar are one of those dirty little secrets that the creatures of the Marakai have. There were 13 Fallen Angels chosen... 13 Fallen Angels trained... And 13 Fallen Angels killed and reborn. The Illmar's existance came about after hearing of two very key events among the Fallen Angel ranks.
These Illimar are neutral in nature, assassins for the Angelic Council, nothing more. With both being of the Fallen bloodline their most prominent of their ranks were called into training. They were taught different ways and magics of infiltration as well as illusion. Despite their abilities to infiltrate Archon camps and wipe them out entirely, these Illimar had to be much more hidden. Their supposed deaths the first time around only came after they were wrongfully sent after a "Female Fallen" whom was working for a race with much better intentions for the Marakai than the demonic influences that were permiating it. They went into hiding to perfect their abilities, training to pose without detection except by their troupe as to what they were unless they chose to reveal themselves.
It wasn't until the rebirth of the soul they had killed did the Illimar have anything to worry about. The woman was reborn as well, their deaths at each others hand sealing a cycle that must be unbroken. The Celestine have dwindled over the centuries down to a very few. Their wars with the Archons have put Chakra's lineage at risk of extinction. Chakra, being the last reborn and one of the only three females, has yet to bare a child so that the Illimar will not become extinct or less in numbers. This isn't necessarily a defiance on one hand, but is upon the other. She would wish to not be reborn again, finding no peace for her weary soul.
Suriel was one of the original 13 Illimar and was reborn this lifetime as a female. Her Fallen Angel parents choosing the name Chakra for her, began her training immediately as her soul bore a strange marking. She moved quickly through the ranks and chose to Mimick the humans. Though she can change her face to be any human she wishes, her most prevalent form is that of a young woman, so innocent in nature she looks childlike. She has searched over the last century and a half trying to find the one that has placed her back within a Fallen body and started a vicious cycle, to which she can only believe will be repeated until the task is done.
This ability has gotten her into many camps, only for them to realize at the last minute she was their to deal their deaths.
She keeps to herself rather than to her Illimar brethren. She does on occassion speak with Commander Samyaza, when the time arises. It is unknown where she keeps her home as she is a wander as much as Nexeu Demuirge, though it has been said that they have traveled the same circles on occassion as well.

Orders from the Illimar Council
It will be your duty to infiltrate the demonic races, find their weaknesses through being "frail" and a supposed servant to them, so that we direct the Swords to eliminate as much of the evil as possible. During your infiltrations, you will look for the soul of the woman that has helped curse you and your 12 brethren to be reborn.
You have been reborn from the ashes of Suriel. Your murderer is also out there. Find her. Eliminate her. If she has been killed, find whom she was reborn as. As long as you come back from the ashes Chakra, that soul will haunt you and the rest of the Illimar until there is no more. If you can find whom the soul is that has put us upon this cycle report it immediately, for this is a magic we have never come across. There must be a way to break the cycle.
