I awaken to a darker world that I do not know. Of a place where creatures can and will hear your thoughts. Where there are screams in the night that makes my blood run cold. Where the land is twisted and black with war. I do not know where I come from so where do I go? Have the Gods forsaken me to this hellish place? What is my reason for being here? My dilapitated memory is full of war, blood, and terror and seldom anything else. My calloused hands know only of the kill and how to kill. Where does one start? But I must find answers for the reasons I have come here, or I will go mad.

Brice Aiden's true past is obscurred in his memories. He does not remember the fields of Ireland or the Emerald Sea. Only and now. Brice was born in 431 AD from the rape of a daughter who was part of a Noble House fighting another. His birth brought the fighting to an even higher degree of brutality and bloodshed when the rulers of both houses found that the daughter of one of the House's ruling father had been raped by the son of the other House. The father of Brice's mother had planned on murdering Brice when had come out of the womb, but a seer had said that there would be a price for the death of the infant. And so, Brice was allowed to live and given the name of Brice Aiden, or Swift Fire, for his birth had been swift and with it the fire of war.

Brice was given to a infertile farmer's wife and husband, to be raised as their own until the time had come for Brice to find a way. As a child, Brice was seen by the other children who lived in the village as a strange child, silent and brooding all the time, and his foster parents believed he had a sickness of the mind, having the problem of not speaking until the age of five. As Brice became older, he worked harder and harder in the fields of his father when on a hot summer day, his father fell in the fields and on his deathbed, revealed the true identity of Brice. The true anger and darkness in Brice was seen and he lashed out at them from keeping the secret, killing his foster mother and father with his bare hands.

Now a hunted criminal, Brice escaped the village and went to hunt down his mother and grandfather, for abandoning him and keeping him away from the wealth he might had aquired from being apart of their house. Finding their home on the outskirts of a forest, Brice was able to kill his way into the home of his real family, having taken the guard's weapons in the front. Charging up into the spiral stairways, with surprising quickness and silence, he killed his aging grandfather and grandmother in their bed and through the house, he killed anything that moved. Behind the veil of Brice's silence had been a well of insanity and wrath unleashed. And in sense, he had lived up to his name. Taking the time to go outside, he lit a great blaze and burned his mother's house down to nothing.

Afterwards, he went to his real father's house, where once the son of the house had become the ruler of the house. The cunning and quick wit of Brice's father saved him, when he said that the birth of Brice had been out of wedlock, and he embraced Brice as a lost son. For now, the wrath of Brice had been subdued. Teaching Brice in the ways of the warrior, Brice took this with such determination it nearly matched the willingness he had used to kill his mother. Learning to read and to write by his father, Brice grew up to be one of the most feared and respected warriors along the whole coast. But Brice was not going to stop. Wanting the House to himself, to be the man-of-the-house so to speak, Brice killed his father and became Ruler of the House.

Thereafter, Brice's rule of the now Aiden House was terrifying and dangerous. Raising the villagers near the House, he trained the men into a militia and over the years, went on raids and battles with other villages, pillaging and looting and gaining land. Soon, Brice owned a thousand acres of land in Ireland and was constantly at warfare with the Noble Lords around him. It was not soon, however, that a joint army of Nobles with hundreds of men stormed the Aiden Castle, and slaughtered all of Brice's kin and with him, brought down the reign of Brice Aiden, Pillager of Ireland in 463.

Brice went into what he thought was a deep sleep, only to be reborn in the Marakai Dimension in the year 730 AD. Brice had changed during his long sleep of death. His soul had cooled and his mind had calmed, showing a softer and kinder side to Brice. But that was soon to change, as Brice was confronted with all he saw in the Marakai Dimension. Fighting to stay alive, Brice stayed away from the Marakain cities and civilization, only coming in to take was needed to be taken and going back to his cave in the mountains. During that time, Brice became hardened, fighting whatever came in his way. It was then, he came upon a Marakine Demon and slew him, taking the powers of Elemental Manipulation. Most notably fire. Afterwards, Brice cautiously practices his newfound and power and after hearing the Earth Dimension opened up, escaped from his prison and back into Earth, seeking to find answers of who he was and what has become. He comes back to a different Earth, ravaged by war and the demons.

Whatever the case might be for me being here, I will find a way to save the Earth that has changed around me. Victory or Death. The past is no longer unsalvageable as I once thought it to be. And with my newfound power and skills I have acquired, I will find the answers I am seeking.

Brice Aiden is a man like a lost puppy. He wants to find the answers to his past, and the reoccuring nightmares and dreams of what he could have been, and was, frightens him. He wakes to a time three hundred years ahead of his own time, barely recognizing the landscape and seeing the beasts from the Marakai dimension having followed him, a rage and anger feeling his blood. Brice Aiden is a calm, quiet man of dignity and strength, and a silent sadness that seems to drape over him all the time. But beneath this exterior is a raging, iron-willed, and deadly man who won't stop until the Marakai are all dead and the gate is closed and Ireland is his.
