Alexandre D'Artagnan was born thirty-eight years ago to a doxy, otherwise known as a whore. His mother left him to be raised on the streets, and that was where he learned how to defend himself, eventually coming well trained in many skills that aided him into landing a job as a guard at the Fortress of Deshu, where he still works to this day. Over the years, Alexandre has had many assignments, his most recent one, that of protecting Solania Yseult. One would ask why a guard with so much experience and talent would waste it on being a measly guard within a Fortress. After all, guards are treated as if they were nothing, but for Alexandre it is a very simple answer. He values his life. While he may be a great warrior in his own way, Alexandre was forced into this life of self dependency. That doesn't mean he wants to use that out on a battlefield day in and day out. But, because he is so reliable and alert, Alexandre is considered to be of value, unlike some of the newer, younger guards. Like most guards, Alexandre doesn't have much of a personal life, but he is said to have his way with many of the people within the Fortress. While he is cold and callous, and lacks compassion, he is passionate about many things. That isn't to say that he is completely cold in nature. Whether they be of rank, or a serving wench, he rarely turns a good time down. It matters not to him. However, Alexandre never has any type of relations for whom ever he is guarding. It is even said that Alexandre has several little bastards running about, but you couldn't prove it by him. Not that it bothers him either, because he doesn't have much of a heart. There was and isn't much time to care about matters of the heart.
